After sunset, the uproar begins and the city seems to wake up. the younger ones start diving, locals and tourists rush to find the best place to enjoy the show, while the square begins to fill with chefs dressed in their jackets, white hats, tables full of food, gas lamps and smoke. The Night Market is a mix of all types of food, a wonderful fusion of cultures and cuisines, from pizzas to kebabs, octopus kebabs, chicken, squid, shrimp, fried plantains, pita bread, samosas, among many others, never forgetting the fresh one made sugarcane juice.
