2. Copyright and Licensing All photographs sold on this website are protected by the Copyright and Related Rights Code (CDADC) and international copyright treaties. Purchasing a photograph grants the buyer the right to physical possession but does not transfer copyright or a license for reproduction and distribution. Commercial use or reproduction of the images without the author's express permission is prohibited.
3. Product Features Photographs are printed on high-quality materials and are available in different sizes, as described on the product page. If they are limited editions, they will be numbered and authenticated by the author. All photographs are sold unframed. The images display frames for illustrative purposes only, providing a visual reference. The presented sizes may not correspond exactly to reality. Custom or made-to-order requests must be made via email.
4. Prices, Payments, and Taxes Payments can be made via PayPal. Prices are listed in Euros (€) and do not include VAT. VAT will be applied at the time of purchase on the PayPal page.The sale of physical photographs is subject to a standard VAT rate of 23% for Portugal. If the sale is to other EU countries, the VAT of the buyer's country may need to be applied, according to the OSS (One Stop Shop) regime. Customers outside the EU may be responsible for import duties or local taxes in their respective countries.
5. Shipping and Delivery We ship worldwide from Portugal, according to the conditions indicated at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination. International shipments may be subject to customs processes, which can affect delivery times. The customer is responsible for ensuring compliance with local import regulations. Printing Lead Time (business days): 2 to 5 days. Shipping Times (business days): Portugal: Depending on the print size, please consider 1 to 2 business days. Other destinations: Please consider 4 to 6 business days.
6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns and Refunds) The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days after receiving the product, provided it is in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Returns of customized or made-to-order products are not accepted. To initiate the return process, the customer must contact us via email. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
7. Warranty and Complaints If the product arrives damaged or defective, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, sending photographs of the issue. We will proceed with a replacement or refund as applicable.
