What drives me is not the most aesthetic or shocking moment — it is what happens beyond it. The emotion, the context, the human effort behind each reality.
Over the years I have developed projects on drag culture, medical emergency, humanitarian work, pandemic confinement and shamanic rituals in Nepal. A close-up perspective, built with time and trust.xamânicos no Nepal. Um olhar de proximidade, construído com tempo e confiança.

In Kathmandu, those who had no voice decided to camp in the square until they were heard. They pitched tents, cooked, slept there. They demanded a law. And they got one. I went to photograph.

Flooding in the Kathmandu Valley. On August 8th, 2023, heavy rains swept through the Kathmandu Valley. Rivers overflowed, streets disappeared, shopkeepers emptied their stores with buckets as the water continued to rise. A structurally fragile city, once again exposed to the force of the monsoon. I went to photograph.

In Vietnam, on a beach in Ha Long Bay, I watched entire families experiencing a moment — through a screen. The more I observed, the more one simple thing unsettled me: nobody seemed to really be there. I went to photograph.
